    1. Hi Jessie – The general rule when applying cold therapy is 15-20 minutes at a time for any product. However, in some cases (like after surgery) your doctor may recommend longer ice time. So yes, all of these can be worn longer than 20 minutes, but I would only do it if your doctor recommends it. I hope this helps.

  1. I have the one from SimplyJnJ … works extremely well. I’m not sure if I’m supposed to, but I keep mine on for 45-60 sometimes. Takes the edge of the pain…

    1. Thanks for the feedback Martha. Normally doctors don’t recommend more than 15-20 minutes at a time, but there are a few situations where they might. You could try 15-20 minutes, then wait an hour, then repeat.
