The most recommended way to use SpoonkTM is to lay on your back in bed for 30-40 minutes. However, SpoonkTM can treat any sore muscle areas – back, neck, shoulders, head, hips, abdomen, feet, etc. Do not use the mat against your bones. For best effects, use direct skin contact. You can also use a thin T-shirt if your find the sensation too strong. Over time, you should develop a tolerance to the sensation of the mat against your skin.
